They make sure not to let you contact them by phone when we are charged to run our business through them so why do we have to dig and scrabble for the correct customer number. I am locked out on my desktop because of the two step authentication code never getting to my phone, so i cant enter it. No other option like email. Ideal for beginners selling quickly 1. Sellfy has been terrible to use after last update.
Shopify:
My experience has been horrible! They have bot driven support. Basically no support and they do not resolve issues for applications they recommend with fraudulent billing practices. No resolution provided even though the bill for the Shopify comes on your Shopify statement. I opened an app called Comment sold Video and had nothing but problems. Glitch after glitch. I was billed 80.00, never used it. I was refused a refund, I removed it and was billed next month with no refund! Offers flexibility for both physical and digital products, but it comes at a cost.
